Currently developing the Hillsdale County Materials Management Plan, supporting community-wide strategies for sustainable materials management, waste reduction, recycling, and resource recovery. 

Planned and facilitated community education events, including rain garden workshops, wetland walks, and green infrastructure presentations for the City of Fort Wayne and additional events supporting MS4 program outreach and education initiatives. 

Developed websites, branding guides, and visual identities for local businesses and municipalities throughout Indiana and Michigan. Supported community outreach through website development, logo creation, and strategic communication materials. 

Supported the organization and development of the Cedar Creek Watershed Management Plan, including grant submission assistance, project coordination, and site selection processes. Provided review and technical support for previous watershed management plans, including the St. Joseph River and St. Marys River Watershed Management Plans. 

Assisted with the design, construction management, and inspection of green infrastructure and stormwater mitigation projects throughout Allen County, including implementation oversight and coordination with project partners. 

Supported water quality monitoring efforts and watershed coordination through partnerships with nonprofit organizations, local watershed groups, environmental organizations, and community stakeholders. Assisted with community engagement and stewardship initiatives focused on protecting local water resources. 

Provided support for municipal stormwater programs, including management and implementation of Minimum Control Measures (MCMs) 1 and 2 for the City of Fort Wayne. Assisted with tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination for multiple MS4 program requirements. 

Assisted with the development, tracking, reporting, and documentation of grant-funded projects and federal funding mechanisms. Supported grant applications, compliance requirements, project reporting, and funding coordination to advance environmental and community initiatives.
